Retreats, Reflexology Treatment and Yoga Massage. I also have been
regularly attending one of her weekly yoga classes for about two years now.
She is an exceptional teacher, sensitive and caring healing practioner, and
a delightful person. Through her gentle and inspired guidance, I have
learned how to more deeply connect with my body as temple of the spirit. I
continue to benefit greatly from everything I do with her!
